We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Prices based on weight for products such as deli meats, fruit and vegetables are subject to a 10% variation in weight, so for a 500g product, we may deliver between 450-550g. Some deli meats have a greater than 10% variation in weight and is out of our control due to the nature of the supply chain. Loose products such as fruits and vegetable are difficult to select at an exact weight and we will endure to get as near as possible to the weight you ordered. Where possible, and not limited by our technology, we will charge to the exact weight of the products picked for your order. If the price is lower, we will refund you the difference and if the price is higher we may contact you for additional payment to cover for the difference.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERING YOUR GOODS

Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your goods within the delivery slot agreed upon, but cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include circumstances where it is unsafe or impractical to approach the property, uncontrolled or dangerous dogs, or bad weather/traffic conditions.

Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the goods will pass to you upon delivery. Please read all information on the product label carefully, including any accepted substituted products. If the delivery address specified on your order is not your home address, we cannot be held liable for any damage or detriment to the goods caused by their onward delivery to you.

Delivery Address: We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book within our delivery area.

Delivery Process: Our commitment is to deliver your order to your front door and offer to take it into your home. There may be circumstances where this may not be possible, including cases where it is unsafe, structurally unsound or in violation of COVID-19 guidelines. In such cases, the driver may ask to meet you in another location, as close as possible to your front door. If you are unable to meet the driver in another location, your delivery may not be completed.

Age Verification: We are an ethical grocery store and are committed to upholding our legal and social obligations. Accordingly, we have a number of control checks throughout our purchase and delivery process. If you are ordering from our store, regardless of purchasing age-restricted products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person accepting delivery is over 18 years old and can demonstrate this to us if challenged. We follow a "Challenge 25" policy for the purchase of alcohol and other age-restricted products such as DVDs and aerosols. If we are not satisfied that the person accepting delivery is over the age of 18, we may not hand over your delivery. If you reschedule a delivery, we may ask for a separate delivery charge to cover the additional costs on our delivery service. If you request a refund on your order due to a person of 18 years of age or older not being present during delivery, we have the right to refund all of the money, minus our standard delivery charge at the time of delivery (currently £3.99), even if the order qualified for a free delivery. This is to ensure we are able to recuperate the additional costs on our delivery operation so that we can continue to provide a professional service to all our customers.

Alcohol Delivery: Due to licensing restrictions, we can only deliver alcohol during licensed hours that are within our delivery times.

Overall, our aim is to provide a safe and reliable delivery service while following ethical policies to ensure the well-being of our customers.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
