Inessence Golden Crisps is Rubio's gourmet range: bold flavours such as black truffle, caviar and wasabi alongside Spanish favourites like ham and chorizo, each in its own colourful bag.

Are Inessence crisps gluten free?
Seven of the eight flavours we stock are marked gluten free on the pack: Truffle, Black Caviar, Ham Jambon, Chorizo, Cheese Fromage, Honey Mustard and Salt & Vinegar. We don't have a gluten-free marking for Wasabi, so check its pack before buying.
Which Inessence flavours are vegan?
Four flavours are marked suitable for vegans: Ham Jambon, Chorizo, Honey Mustard and Salt & Vinegar. The ham and chorizo tastes come from flavourings and seasonings, not meat. Cheese Fromage contains milk, so it isn't vegan. Recipes can change, so always check the pack.
Do the Ham and Chorizo crisps contain meat?
No meat is listed in the ingredients of either. Chorizo gets its flavour from paprika, garlic and onion; Ham Jambon from flavourings, yeast extract and smoke flavour.
