Each parcel has a 25kg limit. If your order is more than 25kg, we will charge an additional delivery fee per parcel required based on your selected service. These terms are set by our courier company.

* If you qualify for Free Shipping and your order is more than 25kg, the first parcel will be free of charge but additional parcels will be charged based on your selected service. As we offer in-store shelf prices on our website; if we don't charge for additional packaging and shipping costs that we endure, we lose out as a small business. Thank you for your understanding ❤️

All products on our website are priced as the same as our in-store shelf prices, unlike other websites we don't increase our product pricing to compensate for the additional costs for packaging and shipping. Instead we offer a transparent shipping cost with packaging included. Frozen & Chilled products require additional temperature controlled packaging and ice packs to keep the cold chain during your delivery which increases shipping cost to ensure your products are delivered to you in the best possible quality. Our website will automatically apply the correct shipping cost during checkout, should there be any errors, we may contact you to pay for the correct shipping cost.

** We offer a same-day dispatch service for all orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12pm for our DPD Next Day Shipping service. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.

If you would prefer to have a Saturday delivery, please select our Express UK Saturday service. For orders Monday - Thursday & latest Friday before 12pm we will dispatch your order on Friday for Saturday Delivery.

We don't dispatch on Weekends or Bank/Public Holidays, please do keep this into consideration when placing your order.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland only, not including Northern Ireland. Please contact us to discuss the possibility of manual shipping if you are outside of UK Mainland.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to see your order status with DPD. On the day of your delivery you will receive an email and an SMS text message from DPD with your estimated 1 hour delivery window. Please ensure you provide a valid UK mobile number during checkout for the best delivery experience.

If you have chilled perishable products in your order shipped in temperature controlled packaging, you must ensure someone is available to accept delivery or select to leave with a neighbour or your safe space. If you miss your delivery day and the delivery is scheduled for the following day there may be a chance that the cold chain might have been broken due to fluctuating weather conditions. Please ensure the products are cold to the touch upon delivery. We will not accept refunds if your miss your delivery day and your products are no longer safe to consume.

We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and DPD will require ID for age restricted products.

The cargo company reserves the right to change the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, once dispatched we have no control in how your delivery is handled and can't guarantee your chose delivery date.

Available 7 Days a week, our customers can place free click & collect orders for in-store pickup from our local store: Continental Food Store, 96-98 Petersfield Avenue, Harold Hill, Romford, RM3 9PH.

Standard local delivery rates start from £0.99 to £5.99 depending on your distance from our store.

Available 6 Days a week (Mon - Sat), our customers can place local delivery orders within their selected 1 Hour Delivery Slot. We aim to deliver within the 1 hour window, however due to unforeseen circumstances, driver availability, traffic / weather conditions & demand of service, we may have delays. We will always communicate with you should there be any delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS text message and email with a tracking link to see where your driver is and their estimated time of arrival. Please ensure you provide a valid UK mobile number and email during checkout.
