Ingredients & allergens
wheat flour - fresh eggs* 18.5% - sugar - "Tiramisù" cream filling 15% (sugar - water - glucose syrup - sunflower seed oil - fresh egg yolk 8% corresponding to 1.2% of the total ingredients dried skimmed milk flavourings liophilized coffee 1.4% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients mascarpone cheese 1% (milk cream acidity regulator: citric acid) corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - thickener: pectine preservative: potassium sorbate) butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids salt dried skimmed milk natural flavouring. May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard. Sugared low fat cocoa for decoration 3% (sugar - low fat cocoa - wheat starch).
