Bizim Meatball Spice Mix makes it easy to prepare nutritious, delicious, and perfectly seasoned meatballs at home. Preparation:

Pour 4,5g Bizim Mutfak Meatball mix and 500g of twice minced low fat minced meat (15% fat) in a deep bowl. Add 100ml (1/2 glass) of water and knead the mixture. Kneaded meatball mix is informed and cooked as desired.

Bread crumbs [wheat flour, salt, yeast, turmeric (irradiated)], wheat flour, salt, spices (irradiated)(black pepper, cumin, allspice, dried mint, thyme), swelling agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), red pepper, dried onion, flavourings, dried garlic, sugar, starch (corn), whey powder (milk product), egg powder, celery, dried potato (contains sulphite), vegetable oils (palm, canola).
