Cris Tim Victoria Salami is a Romanian-style cooked pork salami with a firm yet tender bite and a savoury, mildly spiced flavour. Made predominantly from pork thigh, it slices cleanly and works beautifully in sandwiches, on sharing boards, or as part of an everyday deli spread.

What's Inside:

Pork 65% (of which pork thigh 44%), water, salt, stabilisers (triphosphates, diphosphates), lactose, dextrose, glucose syrup, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate, sodium ascorbate), natural flavouring, milk protein, pork protein, vegetable fibre, spices and spice extracts, pork rind, garlic, coriander, preservative (sodium nitrite). The product may contain traces of: celery, mustard.
