Vegetable Stock Cubes

  • 8 cubes, 1 cube = 450ml stock

Butternut Squash Soup

Fry 1 onion in 1tbsp olive oil, add 1 diced butternut squash and 1 peeled potato and cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and chilli flakes and season to taste. Add 1l stock and simmer for 25mins. Blend until smooth with a food processor.

Ingredients:

Salt, vegetable fats (palm, shea, Sal), starch, yeast extract, sugar, onion powder, carrots (1.5%), herbs (parsley, tarragon), spices (celery seeds, garlic powder, turmeric, pepper, parsley root powder), tomato puree powder, red pepper, flavourings (contain celery), caramel syrup, leek, maltodextrin.
