60% Dough: Wheat Flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, palm oil, 2,4% extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt. The percentages refer to the dough. 40% filling: 30,8% spinach, 18,8% feta cheese (pasteurized sheep's and goat's milk, lactic acid culture, microbial rennet, salt), leek, sunflower oil, onion, wheat semolina, 4,6% mizithra cheese (sheep's and goat's whey, salt), dill, salt, black pepper, flavourings.
