Water, puree (red chilli, onion, lemon, garlic), vinegar, salt, stabilizer: xanthan gum (E415), spices (red chilli, turmeric, herb (rosemary), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300), preservatives: sodium benzoate (E211), potassium sorbate (E202) & potassium metabisulphite (E224).
