Beef Stock Cubes

  • 8Cubes, 1 cube = 450ml stock

Spaghetti Bolognese

Fry 1 chopped carrot, 1 celery stick, 1 onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves for 10 mins in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 500g mince until browned. Add 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 400ml passata and 175ml stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40mins. Serve with spaghetti.

Salt, vegetable fats (palm, shea, Sal), starch, flavourings, sugar, yeast extract, beef fat (3%)[beef fat, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary)], beef stock powder (2%), caramel syrup, onion powder, maltodextrin, parsley, carrots, spices (parsley root powder, celery seeds).
