Description

It is a fine powder made by crushing whole corn kernels. As a result, it includes protein, fibre, starch, as well as the vitamins and minerals contained in whole corn, and it has a yellowish tint. Corn flour has an earthy, sweet flavour that is comparable to corn. It can be used in place of or in addition to wheat flour in bread, pancakes, waffles, and pastries to give them a corn flavour.
