Oven Roasting for Perfect Results

  1. Dust inside bag with flour.
  2. Place food in bag and put in roasting tin.
  3. Loosely seal bag and twist tie and snip one corner of the bag.
  4. Place in pre-heated oven.
  5. When cooked, carefully pour juices through snipped corner of bag to make tasty gravy.
