Ingredients & allergens

Dry baker's yeast, emulsifier sorbitan monostearate.

Use: Mix the flour with the yeast. Add the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe. Let the dough rise until it increases in volume. For dough with many ingredients, mix yeast with flour, leave for 15 min, then add the rest of the ingredients. The content is equivalent to 25g of fresh yeast.
