In our favourite flavours, semolina is traditionally fermented with milk or sour milk and buttermilk.

The dough is then carefully rubbed to take on its characteristic shape, while finally it is spread out by hand and dried, ready to be packaged.

Ingredients:

Durum wheat semolina, yogurt (370g per kilo of semolina), milk butter (28g per kilo of semolina), salt 2% max. Product may contain traces of egg.
